Elizabeth is so lovely to work with! I began experiecing early signs of rosacea on my cheeks and I was really struggling with how to best care for my sensitive skin. I was looking for someone who would consider all the root causes behind my skin issues like diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, movement, etc. instead of just throwing more products at me. Elizabeth was the perfect person for this, showing me how to actually simplify my routine and minimize the amount of products I was using! She is so knowledgeable about holistic skin care. I did a virtual skin consultation with her and she was very thorough in her analysis. I love how Elizabeth brings her in depth insight into nutrition and how the human body works into her practice!
